Paradiso Release Date

As revealed on social media earlier, Paradiso finally has a release date: October 1st. This gives me the perfect amount of time to continue tidying up the story, as well as promoting it enough before its release.

One thing you hear often from other indie authors is that the best way to gain readers is to keep putting out books, so I was growing impatient with myself quite often during the process of writing Paradiso-- But, I knew that I needed to get it right, and I needed time. A lot of time.

A year or less late, that time is finally coming to the finish line. Then, I'll start pulling my hair out over book three (and devote some attention to other projects).

Originally, I had intended to send Paradiso off for a dev edit, but the page count has pushed that out of my price range-- (self-publishing books, especially multiple books, is expensive, to say the least). The next option would have been to send out beta copies to readers I trust and can give good feedback, but that's not my style. That requires reaching out to people, networking, social obligations. Absolutely not. Instead, I'm going to edit the book for the final time all by my lonesome, and hope I don't overlook anything major. Just believe in the me that believes in me, Friends!

Anyway, as far as marketing goes, this one has been tricky to tease, because everything feels like a spoiler to me, and I shall not spoil my own book, but I WILL find a scene somewhere that might interest readers without giving anything critical away, or perhaps half of a scene. We shall see.

Thank you to everyone who has been patiently waiting. Paradiso is on another level, and I can't wait for people to experience it!

(I'm also the only person that knows anything about the details of the book, so it would be nice to see if I'm insane or if it's as good as I think). ;)
